Title: Contemplative Stitching.
Workshop Description: We will experience how stitching on small 4×4” fabric “canvases” can be a contemplative practice. Trusting your intuition, letting go of perfection, playfulness, and being present can all be practiced through this activity. No sewing experience needed; simple stitches can be demonstrated for those who need it. ($5 materials fee)
