Next Meeting: Friday, October 5, 2018 from 10 a.m. to noon at an Okemos location. Paula Young will be offering hands-on experiences with card-making themed for the winter season. Studio Stretch: A Creative, Contemplative Retreat Day

Wake up, take a break, rise out of boredom, reach beyond walls, stride into new territory, ignite imagination, expand vision, explore untold depths. S~t~r~e~t~c~h!
Begin in stillness, then move into creative action in a quiet, supportive! setting. Any and all levels and kinds of artistic expression are encouraged during this art-spirit experience that focuses on process not product. Come, relax, invite childlike energy, and exercise your visual voice.

This Fall’s Colloquium will explore ways to help spiritual directors enable directees to identify and to heal spiritual wounds from abuse and trauma by re-discovering God and self; integrating body, mind, spirit; and transformation to spiritual wholeness.

Margaret Arms, Ph.D. is a Spiritual Director in private practice in Colorado Springs. She works with individual and group directees, and facilitates supervision groups for spiritual directors.  She offers workshops and retreats on a variety of aspects of the spiritual journey.
